As part of the “New You, New Suit” events, we are pleased to feature two of our premium wines – Gold and Layer Cake Shiraz.

Gold, which was first released in 2005, represents Jayson Woodbridge’s quixotic quest to bring the freshest white wine possible to the marketplace. Made primarily of un-oaked, non-malolactic Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer & Viognier and a dosage of real 24 karat gold flecks. Alchemy legends of old suggested sprinkling gold into wine for health, happiness and long life. Agitate the bottle and draw a gasp.

Layer Cake is an ode to winemaker Jayson Woodbridge’s grandfather who always told him that the “soil where wine is grown is like a Layer Cake, layered with mocha, chocolate, hints of spice and rich, always rich.” “Rated 90” by Wine Enthusiast Magazine and “Best Australian Red Wine under $20” by Food & Wine Magazine, the wine is dark, brimming with cocoa, fresh berry and spice; an abundance of black cherry and coffee. It’s a very pure mouthful of Shiraz! Never pass up a good Layer Cake.
